Another loss yesterday for the Cape Pirates, 31-ish - 3. This match was against a team not in our league, so no real damage. The referee was terrible. Called about 40+ against us and about 2 against Riviera Beach. Anyways, Chris worked the flag for 3/4 of the game. Then he went in for about 20 minutes as a flanker. He got some good action in!
Neelima S. and I went to the NY Islanders vs LA Kings Hockey game. The Kings won, 3-2. The first period was pretty boring and scoreless, but the second and third period were a lot more exciting. This was Neelima's first game of any kind!

We were cleaning out Jean-Luc's room yesterday, and Jo just made herself at home with the only other "cat" in the house. That is Chris' lion skin rug.
Did a double header yesterday. First up, we saw Chappie with my sister Julie and husband Dave. I thought it was a cute movie with some pretty outrageous violence. The robot was adorable, but as an AI I thought he learned stuff way too quickly. Of course it's a movie and they have to move things along. The parts with Mommie were the best though. I didn't think she would be all that important, but in the end she was. And Hugh Jackman as the bad guy, torn there. He was a very good bad guy, but it's just wrong! He should be the hero.
Next we saw Insurgent. It's the second in the Divergent series. I also thought this was pretty good. Action, love, more action. I like the guy that plays Four, and Kate Winslet is also an excellent bad guy. The main girl, Tris, I just felt 'ehh' about. I did like the twist at the end. Looking forward to the next movie.
Lost against Daytona, 8-6, on a beautiful Saturday afternoon. Chris didn't get to play at all, he said his ribs were hurting from the previous week. He did play in the B game though (a quick 15 minute game for those kids that didn't get to play in the main game). Daytona got a lucky break and scored a try on a wild pickup, that put them ahead. We didn't attempt a kick on one of our penalty kicks was another factor. And finally, we had like 5 new players. The team was uncoordinated and lots of passes were dropped. I hope they get it back together for next week.
Made it home just in time for the final lacrosse game against Cocoa Beach. We won, 16-1! Anton played the whole game, Chris played about half. Just before the game, they had Senior Night activities where they honored all the girls and boys lacrosse seniors. I nearly cried.
Took a tour of the data center today. These are our Mythics Exadata and ZFS racks in support of the PSEG effort. There are two locks in a rugby team. The locks are usually the tallest players and are required to jump in lineouts to catch the ball or get the ball down on their team’s own side. In the scrum, locks pack down in the second row and bind on to each other and the prop in front of them. They add a lot of power to the scrum.I'm just glad that he loves it!

Swami is looking for reasons to pick Cape Pirates to upset Daytona but cannot find any. Nobody has cracked the coconuts' defense yet - they have only given up two tries in four games played. But Swamis do not live on logic. Game of the week is also UPSET OF THE WEEK!!! Cape Pirates 22 - Daytona 11.
The boys had a game against Satellite Beach at home yesterday. Sadly, they lost, 13-3. And Anton rolled his ankle around half time. And it was cold.
