Baseball in Pittsburgh

Karen and Isa went to a baseball game in Pittsburgh. Beautiful night! Karen says that Pittsburgh lost, but the fireworks were spectacular.

Semplicmente Elegante cooking class with JL, Jamie, and Kat. Menu is: Firm polenta topped with Fontina Cheese, diced tomatoes and herbs; Gnocchi from scratch and a creamy 4 cheese sauce; Braised Pork Tenderloin with a balsamic reduction; Roasted Potatoes; Bacon Brussel Sprouts; Banana Flambe’. YUM!!

Dancing and fun all day! Going to mention this now... When we checked in, they asked if we wanted to pay extra for the pool area. We were shocked. Told them that we're from Florida, we've never paid for the pool area ever. They said it was reaaaaaally nice, we were like, "No thank you". When we walked by the pool area later, it was pretty small, so glad we didn't pay!

We went down to the Jersey shore to the boardwalk for lunch. Interesting place to say the least.

Bill and I decided to head over to the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino to buy some guitar pins. It was a ways away at the beach, but it is a beautiful hotel! Later that evening, we had drinks in one of the hotel bars and played Skull King with JL and V.

Early morning trash visitor reclaiming the empty bag we just threw in while waiting for the shuttle at the Orlando Airport, going to Atlantic City for the 28. Gaufest 2022. Stop at the Philly 30th Street Train Station waiting for the train to Atlantic City. And finally, we have arrived at Harrahs, and the view from our hotel room. 😁 Looking forward to Gaufest!! But first, must find out where the Hard Rock is…

Doing Their Own Thing

The kids doing their own things! JL and V going to Disney, and Anton and Mariah (and her sister/husband) running a race. And later, they went to a Tim McGraw concert.
