New Year's Eve

Had a very mild New Year's Eve with the Mills. I made Chicken Dijon, mashed potatoes, and carrots. And we had these delicious little brownie bites for dessert. Talked for a bit, then they went home. Bill and I got to bed around 10-ish. Happy New Year!

Mother’s Day

We celebrated Mother’s Day yesterday because I was traveling to New York City early today. Jean-Luc came over early in the day. Bill, Chris, JL, and I had lunch at Simply Delicious with Kathy and Robert. Then we went to see Detective Pikachu (again) without the Mills. Dinner at Red Lobster, delicious! The servers were all talking with JL and Chris about why they didn’t pick them. LoL! And to top it all off, we played several games in the evening. A very wonderful Mother’s Day indeed! I snapped this picture of JL while we were playing Dominion. Jean-Luc spent the night and helped to make breakfast in the morning. Then he drove me to the airport. Time with my boy - priceless!
