Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - Day 2

Another day in paradise! First, the spa. Then the beach.

After that, Anton and I decided to play golf. I thought I signed up for the par 3 course, but I accidently went with the full sized course with the caddy. He was fantastic! The first nine holes were reserved for the players in the Mexican open, but we played the back nine. Don't tell Anton, but we tied. 😁🏌

Mariah had her cute status, they were having a fantastic time! And we finished it all up together with dinner at Bistro Blue.

Play Life - The Little Mermaid

Our niece Isa was in the Little Mermaid Production cast as Scuttle. She did a fantastic job!! 💖

Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - Day 1

Such a fantastic day! We laid by the pool and rode the gondola. Had dinner at La Cantina and just relaxed. That picture of Anton and Mariah is in the gondola!

Puerto Villarta, Mexico - Travel Day

Heading down to Mexico for a fantastic vacation! We're meeting Anton and Mariah, sadly her sister Sarrie and hubby Grey can't make it this time. Marilynn Y., Maureen L., and Maureen's daughter Hera are also joining us.

We didn't realize it, but the Mexico Open is this week at Vidanta NV!!

Launch and Stars/Moon

From SpaceFlightNow: A SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket launched a Crew Dragon spacecraft on its seventh flight with astronauts. The Falcon 9’s first stage booster landed on a drone ship in the Atlantic Ocean. NASA astronauts Kjell Lindgren, Robert Hines, and Jessica Watkins, and European Space Agency astronaut Samantha Cristoforetti launched on the Crew Dragon spacecraft to begin a multi-month expedition on the International Space Station. The Crew Dragon will return to a splashdown at sea.

Cooking Class

A Night in New Orleans cooking class with Chef Alfredo. Today, our friend Yvette P. came with us, so much fun! This is the second time we've taken this class. The menu was Creole Crab Cakes; Remoulade Sauce; Jambalaya with crawfish, shrimp, chicken and andouille sausage; and French Quarter Beignets with powdered sugar.

Awesome launch of SpaceX Falcon9 for the Axiom’s Ax-1 mission!

From SpaceFlightNow:  A SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket launched a Crew Dragon spacecraft on its sixth flight with astronauts. The commercial mission, managed by Axiom Space, is commanded by former NASA astronaut Michael López-Alegría. Paying passengers Larry Connor, Mark Pathy, and Eytan Stibbe are also on-board for the 10-day mission to the International Space Station. The Crew Dragon will return to a splashdown at sea.
